Specializing in processes that enhance individual, group, and organizational performance using behavioral sciences, he teaches Organization Development (OD) at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. With a doctoral focus on OD evaluation and certification from the National Training Laboratories, USA, Joseph bridges theory and practice. He is also an author and contributor to academic publications, emphasizing applied science in his work.
