Professor Gopalaswamy Ramesh has over 30 years of global experience as an independent consultant and educator. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIIT-B), SSN School of Management and Computer Applications in Chennai, and Amrita School of Business in Coimbatore. He has also taught at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Anna University, Great Lakes Institute of Management, and XLRI Jamshedpur.

His professional journey spans both India and international markets, with a significant contribution to the establishment of the Oracle India Development Centre, where he previously held the position of Senior Director. He has authored several well-regarded books, including the National Award-winning Managing Global Software Projects, along with Software Testing Principles and Practices and Software Maintenance, two of which have been translated into Chinese. His latest publication, The ACE of Soft Skills: Attitude, Communication, and Etiquette for Success, focuses on essential workplace skills.

He provides consultancy services in project management and soft skills training for companies in India and abroad. Professor Ramesh holds an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University, an MS in Computer Science from IIT Madras, and a BE from IISc Bangalore.
