Mr. R. Ganesan holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and an M.E. in Production Technology from M.I.T. Chrompet, Chennai. He also completed an in-house MBA program by BIM, Trichy, and is a certified TPM Facilitator. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Ganesan has worked in Ennore Foundries Ltd, Caterpillar India Ltd, Lucas TVS Ltd, and Axles India Ltd, specializing in Quality for the last 25 years. He has trained extensively in Japan and the USA and led Lucas TVS, Pondicherry to win the Deming Application Prize in 2004. A member of the American Society for Quality, he has contributed to their journal, “Quality Progress.”Mr. Ganesan is passionate about clear and effective communication, a principle reflected in his writing.
