He has held senior positions at Eicher, Hero Motors, Greaves Cotton, Ashok Leyland, Hindustan Motors, and Titan Company Limited, where he retired as CEO of the New Business Division. At Titan, LRN founded a school for innovation, producing over 400 trained innovators, and won two global innovation competitions with Management Innovation Exchange, Harvard, and McKinsey. Currently, he teaches “”A to Z of Innovation Management”” at several IIMs and consults on strategy and innovation for corporate clients.
