Ordering
  • Placing Your Order: Browse our selection and add items to your cart. Once complete, proceed to checkout and provide your billing and shipping information. We accept secure credit, debit, and UPI payments. COD is not currently available.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.
  • Availability: While we try our best to keep our website inventory up-to-date, there’s a chance a book may not be available immediately. In that case, we’ll reach out to you with an estimated delivery timeframe or suggest a similar title if the book is no longer in print.
Payment
  • Payment Methods: We currently accept secure credit, debit, and UPI payments.
Shipping
  • Dispatch Time: We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using a reliable courier service. In case our preferred courier service isn’t available, we’ll ship your order through India Post to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at service@kkbooks.com for rates and estimated delivery times. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply.

    For orders within Tamil Nadu, the shipping cost is ₹70 per book.
    For orders outside of Tamil Nadu, the shipping cost is ₹100 per book.

  • International Shipping: We can ship internationally! However, due to the complexities of customs regulations and rates, we don’t offer live international shipping quotes on our website. To inquire about international shipping rates and estimated delivery times, please contact us at service@kkbooks.com with the following information:
    1. Titles you wish to order
    2. Your desired shipping destination (country name).
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply to your international order. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Tracking and Delivery
  • Tracking Information: We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.
  • Secure Packaging: We take pride in ensuring your books arrive safely. All orders are securely packaged to minimize damage during transit.
  • Delivery Disclaimer: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.
Order Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 9282344519 or service@kkbooks.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations may not be possible once your order has already been shipped.
  • Returns and Exchanges:

    If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to send you the correct item.
    2. If you receive a damaged book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and email us at service@kkbooks.com with a picture of the damage for confirmation.
         We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
    3. You can return a book you don’t like within 48 hours of delivery, provided it is undamaged. We will replace the book with another of your choice.
    4. Refunds will not be granted for books that show signs of use.
